Come down and test your slow cooking abilities in Soups/Stews, Chili, Misc Meats, Vegan and Dessert categories, against the finest Crocketeers in the NW. Prizes for the winners of each category, and Best In Show (Grand Champion), plus bragging rights.

Presented by Seattle Crock Off, Ninkasi Brewing, Fogland Studios and more!

OFFICIAL RULES:
$10 to Compete/Eat/Judge. All Ages
Additional refreshments (with ID) available for additional donations 
ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE VERA PROJECT

Judge:
Show up at 6:30 PM Thursday, December 10, 2015 at The Vera Project, and pay the suggested donation “judging fee” (donation) to Crock Off representatives.

To judge, you don’t have to judge every category, but do need to try everything (barring food allergies) in a category you choose to judge.

Compete:
Show up at 5:30 PM Thursday, December 10, 2015 at The Vera Project (Corner of Warren & Republican at the Seattle Center), and pay the suggested donation “judging fee” to a Crock Off representative.

Tell Crock Off what category you are entering:
Soups/Stews, Chili, Misc Meats, Vegan, Dessert

1.) Contestants should produce enough food for 50 people to sample (2 oz samples), or close to a full crock’s worth of food
2.) NO ACCOUTERMENTS! Whatever is served MUST come out of the crock.
3.) Pre-registration is highly recommended for competitors* (details below)
4.) Pick a category: Soup/Stew, Chili, Vegan, Misc Meat, Dessert
5.) Anonymous entries until voting is complete
6.) List of ingredients required (solely to identify food allergies)
7.) Bring your own serving spoon/ladle
8.) Show up at 5:30 pm to heat your Crock!

*Pre-registration STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Must submit name of dish and food allergens upon arrival at the competition. Organizers DO NOT SHARE ANY INFORMATION WITH THE PUBLIC. We take anonymity seriously. We want an impartial and fair Crock Off.
