Live Production Lab 2024 – Call for Applications

Live Production Lab is back and looking for 2024 applicants!

Live Production Lab is a free-of-cost live production career training program for King Country youth ages 18024. LPL will allow you to dive head first into live show production, learning the ins and outs of festival production and operations, from front of house to backstage.

Participants will gain:

  • Hands-on experience through group production work and trainings, ex: Load in/load out, stage building, rigging, and lighting
  • All of Vera Project’s tech and operations workshops
  • CPR/first aid, emergency preparedness, de-escalation training
  • Networking opportunities to peers, mentors, and industry leaders across venue and event production
  • $160 stipend per shift to work and shadow at 3 major Seattle festivals over the summer, including Day In Day Out and Bumbershoot

Applications are open from May 15 2024 to June 9 2024

Workshop Dates are June 24 2024 to September 2 2024
