Thank you for joining the 2021 DDG Culture Club Holiday Charity Drive! We are super excited to partner with The Vera Project, an all-ages nonprofit space dedicated to fostering personal and community transformation through collaborative, youth-driven engagement in music and art. VERA started in 2001 and is an inclusive music venue, screen print shop, recording studio, art gallery, and safe space for radical self-expression- a home to Seattle’s creative community.
For this fundraiser, proceeds will go directly towards VERA’s Equip the Kids Program, a collaborative Seattle effort to provide the training, gear, and support needed to make music & art creation (sound, video, print) more accessible to young people for their career development and creative self-expression. This program also includes upcoming projects like VERA’s Digital Production Lab, a career-building, audio and video production workshop series for BIPOC & LGBTQIA youth.
Our goal is to raise least $2,000 for The Vera Project through December 17th, 2021.
