Our pricing for screen printing garments is easy, just add the cost of the garment + screen printing to determine the price per shirt with your design.

For example, let’s say you need 100 t-shirts with a one color screen print. The blank shirt is $6.00 + $2.00 print price = $8.00 per shirt.
Generally, this pricing structure covers most standard print jobs. However, there are additional costs for ink color changes, jumbo prints, rush orders, etc. Inquire with us for pricing for any special requests not listed below.
Additional screen print locations e.g. back, sleeve, etc.
Prices listed are per screen printing location. If you have two print locations, let’s say front and back, then it is an additional screen printing location. Using the above example, $5.00 + $2.00 front + $2.00 Back = $9.00 per shirt.

- Dark t-shirts may require an underbase. Underbase is priced as an additional color.
- Standard screen printing size is 12.5” W x 14.5” H
- Jumbo screen printing above 12.5” W x 18.5” H but below 18.5”W x 24”H is available with a one-time setup of $30 per color.
Ink Variations
Standard Metallics (out of the jar) additional $1 per print
Ink Color Switches – $25 per color
Glow / Split Fountain – additional $1 per print
Files/Artwork
Must be properly separated and trapped and types/fonts must be rasterized. Each color needs to be on a separate layer or pdf. If you have 3 colors there will only be 3 layers. Anything turned in that is not ‘print-ready’ is subject to a $50/hr art charge.
Design Considerations
